For the Android application Temple of Terror
(package com.pinnacletech.templeofterror), published by
Pinnacle Tech Projects.
Effective 27 August 2026.
Temple of Terror does not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal or sensitive user data. It has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party software development kits. It does not connect to the internet at all.
None. Specifically, the app does not collect, access, request or transmit any of the following:
| Category | Collected? |
|---|---|
| Name, email address, or any other personal identifier | No |
| Account or profile information | No |
| Financial or payment information | No |
| Location, precise or approximate | No |
| Contacts, calendar, SMS, or call logs | No |
| Photos, video, audio, or files on the device | No |
| Camera or microphone input | No |
| Device or advertising identifiers | No |
| App activity, usage or diagnostic analytics | No |
| Crash logs or performance data | No |
The application requests no Android permissions of any kind,
including android.permission.INTERNET. Without that permission
the Android operating system will not allow the application to open a network
connection, so it is not technically capable of transmitting data off the
device even in principle. This can be verified independently by inspecting the
published package.
The game writes a single save file to its own private application storage on your device. It records the progress of your in-game company — levels, equipment, materials and how far along the game you have reached. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device.
This file is readable only by the application itself. Uninstalling Temple of Terror deletes it permanently. There is no server-side copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf and no deletion request to make.
There are none. The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics providers, no social media integrations, no cloud save service and no third-party SDKs. No data is shared with anyone because no data is gathered.
Temple of Terror is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no data from any user, it collects no data from children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone, of any age.
The app contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If you obtained it through Google Play, any transaction is handled entirely by Google under Google's own privacy policy; we receive no payment or customer information.
Rights of access, correction, portability, erasure and objection under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and PIPEDA apply to personal data held by a controller. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to disclose, correct, export or erase. You may contact us at the address below with any question about this.
If the app's data practices ever change — for example if a future version added an optional online feature — this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the effective date above will change. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
Questions about this policy or about privacy in Temple of Terror can be sent to privacy@ptpgaming.com.
